Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lazlo. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

18+ only. You must be 18 years of age or older to use Lazlo.

Zero tolerance. Lazlo maintains zero tolerance for pornographic, hateful, harassing, threatening, graphically violent, illegal, deceptive, or otherwise abusive content and behavior.

1. Eligibility

You may use Lazlo only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

Lazlo provides features that allow eligible users to publish short-form video posts, participate in comment threads, save favorites, maintain a profile, share Treehole posts, block accounts, submit reports, and manage certain in-app purchases.

3. User Content

You are responsible for the content you submit, including videos, text, comments, profile materials, and other activity associated with your account. You must have the rights necessary to submit your content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Lazlo to:

Post pornographic or sexually explicit material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or otherwise objectionable content.
Harass, stalk, threaten, bully, impersonate, defraud, or abuse other users.
Post hateful conduct, graphic violence, illegal content, or material that promotes dangerous or unlawful activity.
Interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse reporting, purchasing, or account systems.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, block access, suspend features, or terminate accounts when we believe it is necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with law.

Zero-tolerance violations may result in immediate action without prior notice.

6. Purchases

Certain app features may involve optional in-app purchases. All purchases are subject to the applicable platform billing terms, refund rules, and store policies.

7. Account and Security

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for maintaining the security of your access credentials and device.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for users or the service, or if continued access is not appropriate.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or the availability of any specific feature at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazlo and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these terms or modify the service from time to time. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
